Competencies and other requirements

• The ability to work autonomously, remotely, and meet deadlines;
• Experience with Appraisal Report Writing, Property Inspections, Onsite Data Collection;
• The ability to work with different technologies, maintaining records and strong organization skills;
• Be a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada in good standing, with valid relevant E& O Insurance.
• Good time management skills, and computer literate
• be highly motivated and possess a strong work ethics.
